To make a call from the TEO network to another subscriber of TEO within the same city/area, dial only a telephone number.

To make a call from the TEO network to another subscriber of TEO within another city/area, dial a 9-digit telephone number:
8_city/area code_telephone number
E.g., to a subscriber in Vilnius - (8 X) XXX XX XX,
to a subscriber in Kaunas (8 XX) XX XX XX, etc.

To make a call from the TEO network to a mobile subscriber, dial a 9-digit telephone number:
8_mobile operator code_telephone number
E.g., to a subscriber of Omnitel - (8 XXX) X XX XX,
to a subscriber of Bitė GSM - (8 XXX) X XX XX,
to a subscriber of Tele 2 - (8 XXX) XX XX XX.
